🌐1. About the Service

Zelofun is a social overlay platform that enables users to:

• Post comments, reactions, images, videos, and voice notes on top of any website
• Participate in community discussions independent of the underlying website
• View AI-generated analysis of community content (Trust Scores, Sentiment, Credibility)
• Create and join groups for shared discussions
• Follow other users and build a social network

The Service operates as a Chrome browser extension and Progressive Web App. It creates a transparent social layer above existing websites without modifying or interfering with those websites.

👤2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

🔐3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You can register using:

• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• Email and password registration

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate profile information
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent blocks, bans, or content restrictions is prohibited.

"User Content" refers to any text, images, videos, voice notes, reactions, or other materials you post through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant Zelofun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content to other users of the Service
• Store your content on our infrastructure
• Process your content for AI analysis features (Trust Scores, Sentiment, etc.)
• Cache and distribute your content for performance purposes

This license exists solely to operate and provide the Service. We will not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4.2 Content Visibility

When you post content, you choose its visibility:

• Public — visible to all Zelofun users on that webpage
• Private — visible only to you
• Group — visible only to members of a specific group
• Influencer — visible with enhanced display for verified influencer accounts

You can change the visibility of your content or delete it at any time.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to share any content you post
• Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

🚫5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users

5.3 Platform Abuse

• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Use automated tools to spam or flood the Service with content
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or collect data about other users without their consent

5.4 Deception

• Post deliberately false or misleading information presented as fact
• Manipulate AI analysis features through coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

🤖6. AI Features and Automated Content

6.1 AI-Generated Content

The Service includes automated AI personas that generate content based on publicly available news sources (RSS feeds). This content is:

• Designed to stimulate community discussion
• Identifiable through profile markers indicating AI authorship
• Not endorsements of any viewpoint by Zelofun

6.2 AI Analysis

AI-powered analysis features (Trust Score, Sentiment Analysis, Credibility Signals, Disagreement Mapping, Contributor Mix) are provided for informational purposes only. They:

• Are generated by automated algorithms and may contain errors
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision
• Do not represent editorial opinions of Zelofun
• Are continuously improved and may change over time

🛡️7. Content Moderation

7.1 Reporting

Any user may report content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines using the built-in reporting feature.

7.2 Review Process

Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team. We may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Issue warnings to users who violate our guidelines
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines
• Refer illegal content to appropriate authorities

7.3 Moderation Decisions

We strive to be fair and transparent in our moderation. However, moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for individual moderation actions.

7.4 Appeals

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, logo, and documentation, is owned by Zelofun and protected by intellectual property laws. "Zelofun" and the Zelofun logo are trademarks of Zelofun.

• Use our trademarks without prior written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

8.2 Your Property

You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you create. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

• Your account is used for illegal activity

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution)

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service (including AI analysis) will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

⚖️14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZELOFUN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@zelofun.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16.3 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zelofun regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
