Zelofun has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our standards, how we enforce them, and how to report a concern.
1. Our Commitment
Zelofun prohibits any content, conduct, or account that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, trafficking, and the sexualisation of minors in any form — text, image, or link. Accounts found engaging in this conduct are removed permanently and reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Age Requirement
Zelofun is not intended for children. Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country, whichever is higher. Accounts we identify as belonging to users below this age are removed.
3. How We Prevent and Detect Abuse
Every post and comment passes through our moderation system before publication. Content is screened against our prohibited-content rules, and accounts are subject to trust-level and rate limits that restrict the reach of new and low-trust accounts. Our moderation team reviews flagged content and can remove content, restrict an account, or ban a user permanently.
4. How Users Report
Any user can report a post, comment, or account directly inside the app. Open the post and use the Report action, or use the Report option on a user's profile. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator. Users can also block any other user, which removes that person's content from their feeds and prevents interaction.
Anyone — including people without a Zelofun account — can report child safety concerns to us by email at admin@zelofun.com. We treat these reports as our highest priority.
5. What Happens After a Report
Reports concerning child safety are escalated immediately. Content that violates these standards is removed, the account is suspended pending review, and confirmed cases result in permanent removal. Where required by law, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Compliance
These standards are published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and apply across all Zelofun surfaces: the mobile app, the Chrome extension, the web app, and feed.zelofun.com.
